If you have employees working from home, you should send a copy of the PDF of the poster to those employees.
Send the poster as a PDF attachment with the email set for “request a delivery receipt” and “request a read receipt” so you can catalog who actually opened the email.
Besides physically posting it on the corkboard where your other labor-related notices are posted, it’s always a good idea to have a place on the company intranet as well as a Slack or Trello channel for #RequiredLegalNotices.
